By booking a service with Squeaky Clean Auto Details, you agree to the following terms and policies.
Terms and Conditions
1. Services Provided
Squeaky Clean Auto Details provides professional mobile vehicle detailing services at the client’s requested location. Service results may vary depending on vehicle condition, age, and prior wear.

Detailing significantly improves a vehicle’s appearance but does not guarantee:

Complete stain removal
-
Scratch / defect removal
-
Odor elimination
-
Paint correction unless specifically purchased
-
Restoration of worn or damaged materials
Some defects may be permanent due to age, neglect, or material breakdown.

2. Deposits & Payments
-
A deposit is required to secure all appointments.
-
Deposits are applied toward the final service total.
-
Remaining balances are due immediately before start of service.
-
Accepted payment methods will be communicated at booking.
Failure to submit payment may result in refusal of future services.

3. Chargeback & Payment Dispute Policy
By booking a service, the customer agrees not to initiate a payment dispute or chargeback without first contacting Squeaky Clean Auto Details to resolve the issue.
Fraudulent chargebacks will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance for a full deposit refund or transfer.

Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

If Squeaky Clean Auto Details cancels due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, deposits will be refunded or transferred at the customer’s choice.

5. Vehicle Condition & Service Eligibility
Customers must accurately select the appropriate service based on vehicle condition.
Vehicles with:
-
excessive dirt or mud
-
heavy staining
-
excessive pet hair
-
biohazards
-
mold or strong odors
may require additional charges or service upgrades. Approval will be obtained before additional work is performed.

Customers are responsible for accurately representing the condition of their vehicle when booking services.
If a vehicle’s condition is significantly worse than described (excessive pet hair, heavy staining, sand, mold, biohazards, etc.), Squeaky Clean Auto Details reserves the right to:

Adjust pricing to reflect actual condition

Upgrade the service level
-
Reschedule the appointment
-
Refuse service if necessary
Any price adjustments will be discussed and approved before work begins.

6. Access & Appointment Readiness
Customers must ensure:

Vehicle is accessible at scheduled time
-
Adequate working space is available
-
Keys are available if needed
-
Personal belongings are removed prior to service
Squeaky Clean Auto Details is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left inside the vehicle.
Failure to provide access may be treated as a no-show.

7. Weather Policy
Mobile detailing services are weather-dependent.
Appointments may be rescheduled due to:
-
rain
-
extreme temperatures
-
unsafe working conditions
-
environmental restrictions
Customers will be notified as soon as possible.

8. Satisfaction Policy
Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
Squeaky Clean Auto Details will be given the opportunity to inspect and correct any verified service-related issues.
Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at business discretion.

9. Pre-Existing Damage Disclaimer
Squeaky Clean Auto Details is not responsible for damage resulting from:
-
pre-existing scratches, dents, chips, or paint failure
-
worn interior materials
-
cracked leather or plastics
-
loose trim or emblems
-
aftermarket installations
-
fragile or aged components
Cleaning may reveal previously hidden defects.

10. Liability Limitation Waiver
While all care is taken during service, Squeaky Clean Auto Details shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages beyond the cost of the service provided.
By booking services, the customer acknowledges that vehicle detailing involves cleaning chemicals, tools, water, and equipment that may carry inherent risks. While all services are performed with professional care, Squeaky Clean Auto Details is not responsible for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, paint defects, stains, discoloration, worn materials, loose trim, or mechanical or electrical issues.
The customer agrees to disclose any known vehicle issues prior to service. Failure to disclose existing damage releases Squeaky Clean Auto Details from liability related to those areas.
Due to the condition and age of some vehicles, certain stains, odors, scratches, or imperfections may not be fully removable. No specific results are guaranteed.
Squeaky Clean Auto Details is not responsible for damage to aftermarket, modified, or previously repaired components that fail during normal cleaning processes.
The customer agrees to remove all personal belongings from the vehicle prior to service. The company is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
By booking and authorizing service, the customer releases and holds harmless Squeaky Clean Auto Details, its owners, and operators from liability for incidental or unavoidable damage occurring during standard detailing procedures.

11. Biohazard & Unsafe Conditions
Services may be refused or stopped if unsafe conditions are present, including but not limited to:

bodily fluids
-
mold contamination
-
hazardous materials
-
aggressive animals
-
unsafe working environments
Deposits may be retained if conditions were not disclosed prior to arrival.

12. Photography & Marketing
Squeaky Clean Auto Details may photograph vehicles for documentation and marketing purposes. License plates and identifying information will not be intentionally highlighted unless permission is granted.
​
13. Right to Refuse Service
Squeaky Clean Auto Details reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service for any reason including safety concerns, inappropriate behavior, or misrepresentation of vehicle condition.

14. Service Scope & Time Limitation
Each service is performed within a reasonable time frame based on the selected package.
Services include only the items specifically listed in the package description. Additional requests outside the selected service scope may require:

Additional charges
-
Additional time
-
Rescheduling
Squeaky Clean Auto Details reserves the right to conclude services once the allotted scope has been completed.

15. Agreement
Booking a service confirms that the customer has read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
